Fall is taking over Moorpark as Underwood Family Farms brings back its 29th annual Fall Harvest Festival from September 26 through October 31, 2026. The sprawling 50-acre farm will be packed with pumpkins, pick-your-own fields, family-friendly activities, live entertainment and plenty of fall photo ops.
And this isn’t just a pumpkin patch. The month-long fall festival will feature five themed weekends, each with its own lineup of entertainment and activities, plus Halloween Day festivities on October 31.
What’s happening at the pumpkin patch?
There’s plenty to do beyond picking out a pumpkin. Festival admission includes access to a giant pumpkin patch, corn maze, tractor-drawn wagon rides, pick-your-own fields, animal areas, photo opportunities and more.
Other activities include:
- Giant pumpkin displays

- Giant tractor display
- Misting tunnel
- Hay climbing pyramids
- Cotton harvester and combine slides
- Wooden train and school bus
- Animal Center
- Play equipment
- Fun Hill with tunnels and a wooden firetruck

Weekend visitors can also catch animal shows, pig races, demonstrations, live performers, roaming entertainment and live bands.
Some activities, including gem and fossil mining, train rides, animal petting areas, games and crafts, face painting, and the giant bubble, require an additional ticket.
The 2026 themed weekends

Fall festival food
Come hungry, because the farm will have plenty of classic festival eats throughout the season.
Weekend food booths will serve tri-tip sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, roasted corn, fish tacos, chicken strips, loaded potatoes, quesadillas, shaved ice, kettle corn, donuts, and pumpkin pie. Plus, they’ll offer drinks and snacks from the farm markets and Country Store.
How to get tickets
Weekday tickets are sold at the gate. However, weekend tickets are online only and are sold by date and timed entry.
Underwood Family Farms recommends purchasing tickets before arriving, as walk-in admission isn’t guaranteed on festival weekends.
