Los Angeles porches are becoming stages this weekend as Porchfest LA returns for its third year. The free festival brings live music, comedy, storytelling, and performance art to neighborhoods across the city.
Instead of gathering at one venue, visitors can walk between porches, patios, gardens, and yards where local performers take the stage.
What is Porchfest LA?
Porchfest LA is a community festival that brings neighbors and local artists together through free performances. This year, the event is taking place over two weekends.
The Eastside edition took place October 17 and 18 in Los Feliz, Silver Lake, and East Hollywood. This weekend, the festival moves to the Westside, with performances across Mar Vista and Culver City, both returning for a second year.
The festival features performances ranging from live music to stand-up comedy, storytelling, and more.
