Gather your friends this Friday, and head to the A24 and Brain Dead Studios “Ocean View Dining” a Friendship pop-up experience. This unique pop-up combines A24’s latest cult classic film, Friendship, with the street-cred cool clothing company, Brain Dead Studios. The pop-up starts at noon on Friday, May 16th and continues while supplies last.
A24 is the company behind films like Uncut Gems, Hereditary, Lady Bird, Moonlight, and so many more. Friendship is their latest dark comedy which stars Tim Robinson, Paul Rudd, and Kate Mara. In Friendship, “a suburban dad falls hard for his charismatic new neighbor.”
In Friendship, Robinson’s character, Craig Waterman, is obsessed with the fictional clothing company, Ocean View Dining (OVD). The company makes the beige menswear essentials he sports for most of the film. But he’s especially fanatic about the OVD relaxed khaki trousers. Throughout the film he repeatedly claims that Ocean View Dining makes “the only clothes that fit just right.”
