Bad Bunny is happier than ever. Along with the announcement of his highly anticipated world tour, which will bring his album Debí Tirar Más Fotos to the stage, the multifaceted artist is also about to move into a new home in the city. Where? In the trendy Bird Streets neighborhood.
But that’s not all… The property he just bought set him back a cool $8.3 million and was once the sanctuary of none other than Ariana Grande. Unfortunately for Grande, that sale price is significantly lower than the $8.9 million she paid for the ultra-private home back in early 2021.
Since the deal was completed off-market and the property was never listed publicly, there’s limited information and photos available. However, tax records reveal that the estate includes three adjacent parcels of land perched on a steep hillside, offering breathtaking, vertigo-inducing views.
The only building on the property is a modest cottage, built in 1946, covering less than 1,600 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. According to the specialized site Robb Report, there’s also a very large outdoor patio, plus a two-car attached garage and a dark-bottom swimming pool.
The home’s standout feature is its ultra-private location, tucked behind a long gated driveway and shielded from the public road by tall hedges and trees. Despite the seclusion, it offers stunning views of the Sunset Strip, West Hollywood, and beyond.
