It isn’t quite Thanksgiving without pie!
Thanksgiving is nearly here and while things are certainly different this year, we can all find comfort in the delicious pies served at the table, safely at home. If you’re looking for a bakery to grab a pie that’ll win over your family and friends, here are 9 bakeries serving wonderfully decadent desserts you can still snag before Thursday or the weekend!
1. 27th Street Bakery
This family-owned establishment has been serving up homemade goodness for three generations. You can get order a standard-sized pie with a deliciously flaky crust, filled with spiced yams. Or, you can opt for a petit pie if it’s a solo affair.

2. House of Pies
A family-owned and operated restaurant, House of Pies has been satisfying the appetites of their customers for over four decades. They offer a wide range of pies from southern pecan to pumpkin, key lime and various others!
Hours: Monday – Thursday from 6:30 a.m – 2 a.m. ; Friday from 6:30 a.m. – 3 a.m. ; Saturday from 7 a.m. – 3 a.m. ; Sunday 7 a.m. – 2 a.m.

3. Du-Par’s
Always fresh and ready for delivery, Du-Par’s Bakery is available for takeout 24 hours a day. Sweet treats are baked fresh daily with specialty pies on offer for the holiday. Pecan pie is their classic, but don’t forget to pre-order yours online.

4. Marie Callender’s
With 28 restaurants around the country, the first pie and coffee shop was opened in 1964 in California by Marie’s son, Don. Their pumpkin cheesecake is a special treat worthy of the Thanksgiving table, but they have plenty of other homemade cream pies and cheesecakes on offer that will steal the show.

5. Simple Things
This eatery is committed to one simple thing: Making quality American-style food from scratch. They have three tasty pies to choose from like S’mores, Key Lime and Salted Caramel! These pies, however, come in perfect portions so each person can get their very own mini-pie.

6. The Pie Hole
Aside from their cheeky name, The Pie Hole prides itself on being “your favorite comfort food from breakfast to dessert, morning to late night.” Their custard pies are a staple, but they also offer fun variations like their Cereal Killer Cheesecake, made with real cereal mixed in!

Cocoa’s Restaurant & Bakery has plenty of sugar-free options along with their seasonal pies which include: Pumpkin, Apple, and Chocolate pies. They’re currently accepting pre-orders online as well as in-store.

8. Polly Pies
A beloved treasure for over 50 years, Polly Pies may just have the best pies around town. With over a dozen locations throughout the state, they currently have seasonal pies on offer, including Pumpkin, Dutch Apple, Pumpkin Dream and even a Pumpkin Maple Crunch Pie!

9. Maggiano’s Little Italy
While we can’t travel to Europe why not bring a taste of Italy to your Thanksgiving table this year? While it may not be considered “pie,” their Pumpkin Praline Cheesecake is worth its place at the table and is still focused on local ingredients! Reserve your order online or by calling in.
