BTS has just revealed a massive world tour stretching across 2026 and 2027, marking the group’s long-awaited return to the global stage after a two-year hiatus. The seven-member K-pop powerhouse will play 79 shows in 34 cities worldwide, Variety reports.
After opening with hometown shows in Goyang and a stop in Tokyo, BTS will head to North America for an extensive stadium run spanning 12 cities. The U.S. and Canada leg includes stops in places like Las Vegas, Chicago, Toronto, and New Jersey, before wrapping with four shows at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium with four shows on September 1, 2, 5 and 6.
The tour announcement coincides with BTS gearing up to release a new album on March 20 (their first all-new material since 2020) signaling the group’s return after two years of individual projects. The shows will feature a 360-degree, in-the-round stage designed to provide an immersive experience while making the most of each venue’s capacity.
Presale tickets for BTS ARMY fan club members will be available January 22-23, with general on-sale beginning January 24 across all markets.
