Avid festival lovers have been planning their perfect Instagramable outfits since last year’s Coachella.
What makes this festival so appealing is that it’s a celebrity favourite, due to it being 2 hours outside of LA in the Indio Desert in California and also because it’s known for having some of the biggest names in music as the headliners.
This year is no exception, headliners include: SZA, Kygo, Beyonce, The Weeknd, Odesza, Post Malone, Cardi B and Eminem. Breakout artists performing who have recently gained popularity include: Kali Uchis, Brockhampton, LANY, Daniel Caesar and many more. The festival is always in high demand and tickets always sell out within minutes, which is why in order to accommodate for the large quantity of people, it takes place over two weekends, from today until the 15th and from April 20th to 22nd.
Unsurprisingly, people seem most excited for Beyonce’s performance, since she suddenly had to cancel her spot last year due to her pregnancy. Her performance this Saturday is her first one since having her twins.
The gates open today at 11 a.m. on a massive ground composing of multiple stages, a Ferris wheel, several places to eat, and many more things. If you couldn’t get a ticket to this year’s Coachella, but are dying to see the performances, then luckily you can! Youtube will be doing live streams of certain sets during this weekend – watch it here.
