Film director David Lynch was a visionary filmmaker renowned for his atmospheric and surreal storytelling, and the city of Los Angeles often featured as an important backdrop in his films. Sadly, he passed away on January 16, 2025 leaving Angelenos and fans around the world mourning his loss.
The very best way to remember and honor David Lynch’s memory is by enjoying one – or many – of his incredible, groundbreaking films. Starting tomorrow, Feb. 7, several local movie theaters are offering special David Lynch tribute film screenings. Grab a bucket of popcorn (or a piece of “damn good pie”), sit amongst fellow Lynchians, and revel in the weirdness.
