Go on a sonic walk-thru journey at the multisensory ‘discourses’ blooming at the South Coast Botanic Garden.
Starting from July 16, Constellation Immersive will transform L.A.’s South Coast Botanic Garden into a neon-lit paradise with a roller rink at the heart of the 87-acre location. Guests can dance through the gardens, marvel at art installations, play retro arcades, feast on food truck fare and catch live acts. But the best part is that it also benefits a family-focused charity.
In this two-hour experience, you’ll be transported to a glittering sonic fantasia for the soul. As you wander beneath the stars, you’ll be immersed in a dreamy soundscape, curated by the Grammy-winning disco king, Nile Rodgers. Beloved tracks like “Good Times” will flow through the illuminated blooms, creating a magical atmosphere.
There’ll be DJs and performers dressed in dazzling costumes, bringing this retro heaven to life. So, channel your inner dancing queen and get ready to bump, snap and jive the night away. Don’t panic, if you’re not ready to do that on a set of wheels, there’ll be ample dancefloor space outside the rink. You’ll also be able to explore the incredible street food and drinks which can be purchased at the gardens.
It’s a truly unique night out aimed to unite the community through a shared love of music, fun and creativity. And guests won’t be the only ones soaking up the joyful vibes, as the show also benefits the We Are Family Foundation. Co-founded by Nile Rodgers, the organization develops programs that empower youth around the world, who are making an impact with their ideas and innovations.
Tickets start at $39 and entry will be available from Tuesday to Sunday through Labor Day Weekend.
