With soccer fever taking over the country, young athletes in Los Angeles have a golden opportunity to inject some Spanish flair into their footwork.
LALIGA, the Spanish top-tier professional soccer league, and McDonald’s have joined forces to create the ultimate summer training ground, bringing a free, week-long soccer camp to the Glendale Sports Complex. Designed for boys and girls born between 2009 to 2017, this event promises elite training, special guest appearances, and even the chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Spain.
Train like a pro with UEFA-certified coaches
Participants will step onto the pitch to learn the same world-renowned methodology developed in Spain. Under the guidance of professional, UEFA-certified coaches, players will get the opportunity to:
- Improve their technical skills and tactical understanding of the game.
- Compete against other local players in a high-energy environment.
- Enjoy a world-class soccer experience that fosters teamwork, sportsmanship, and a pure love for the game.
After putting in the hard work on the practice field, it’s time to play! The camp culminates in an exciting celebration on July 17, 2026. Campers will enjoy a fun-filled day showcasing their newly refined skills through friendly scrimmages and themed challenges. The day wraps up with an unforgettable graduation event:
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM | Diploma Ceremony: Campers will be recognized for their dedication and hard work. To make the moment even more special, a LALIGA Legend will be in attendance to personally help celebrate their accomplishments!
- 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM | McDonald’s Lunch: The celebration continues off the pitch with a special McDonald’s lunch surprise provided for all campers and their families.
The ultimate prize
As if free, elite-level training wasn’t enough, the stakes are being raised. At the end of the camp week, two standout participants will be selected for an all-expenses-paid trip to Spain!
