Moments of social crisis are distressing for everyone, and they take a toll not only on our physical and material well-being but also on our mental health. We know the city is going through a difficult time, just like it did back in January during the fires. That’s why we want to extend a helping hand by sharing some resources that may be useful if you’re struggling with your mental health, anxiety, or distress. Many of them are free or low-cost.
