Saltie Girl, a seafood bar located in West Hollywood off Sunset Boulevard, has a fresh take on the brunch staple – and it’s certainly worth your time and money.
Executive Chef Aloise Kieffer took over the restaurant earlier this year, bringing new ideas and a fresh brunch menu to Saltie Girl alongside Culinary Director Matthew Gaudet and Founder/Owner Kathy Sidell. Fried Lobster & Waffle with spicy maple is the clear highlight of the menu, and is a must-try for any brunch lovers out there. Other tasty menu items include an oyster bar, a Deep Dish Corn Pancake, caviar-topped “Eggs & Eggs,” a full mimosa bar, and their signature seafood towers. And if you love pastries, be sure to try the everything roll!
The spot is also featuring a special menu for New Year’s Eve dinner.

This special New Year’s Eve menu will be served at dinner on December 31, 2025 from 5pm until 10pm, with a champagne toast at midnight. New Year’s Day hours are 5 pm to 9 pm.
