Head to your “happy place” this Friday when Subway brings Happy Gilmore 2 to life with an immersive pop-up experience. On August 8th, Subway is turning one of its Southern California locations into a fully themed Happy Place.
Fans can enjoy a surreal, peaceful dreamscape straight out of Happy Gilmore 2. Designed in collaboration with Netflix, this very-limited-time pop-up invites fans to step into the world of the hit film, which is currently the #1 movie on Netflix.
⛳What to expect
In a Subway restaurant nestled among lush hedges and blooming flowers, fans can enjoy exclusive Happy Gilmore Meals, including fan favorites like the Cold Cut Combo and the All-American Club. Visitors can explore film-inspired set pieces, replay iconic scenes, and even take a swing at minigolf holes based on the movie’s most unforgettable shots.
Cast appearances and other surprises will make the experience even more unforgettable. In addition to one-of-a-kind photo ops, Happy Gilmore 2 props, and plenty of Subway sandwiches, fans can also relax with ice-cold beer on tap and find their center in Subway’s country-club-style beer garden.
The pop-up may be a one-day event, but the Happy Gilmore Meal and limited-edition collectible cups are available at Subway locations nationwide — but only for a limited time!

Subway’s Happy Place will be open to the public on Friday, August 8 from 12 to 7 p.m. Admission is free, but guests are encouraged to secure their spot in line by making a reservation here! And remember to arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time, so you don’t miss one second of the fun.
