The exuberant Happy Place installations return to L.A. this winter and they’ve been completely reimagined for a safe and socially-distanced experience. From November 20 the third floor of Westfield Century City’s parking space will be transformed into a 50,000-square-foot maze of vibrant, selfie-ready displays.
After selling out two runs in a row, Happy Place—The Drive Thru presented by Subaru will be brightening up Los Angeles all winter long once again. This larger-than-life event has 18 colorful installations with interactive features that can be enjoyed from the safety of your car.
You’ll journey to the stunning Westfield rooftop space and catch some rays as you go road-tripping through the Golden State at the California Dreamin’ simulation. Along with this quintessential state activity, you’ll also be dazzled with a Super Bloom experience featuring 40,000 handmade flowers.
If you’ve been missing L.A.’s nightlife scene, then you’ll love the thumping Club Happy experience will swiftly get you back into the groove. Then, you’ll get to compose cheerful tunes on the world’s first car-operated piano, which is more than 30 feet long and over 11 feet tall!
Of course, peak happiness requires a trip through a life-sized rainbow made of technicolor light displays so there’ll be one of those too—and much more! Tickets start at $49.50 for the entire vehicle and based on previous years you won’t want to wait too long to get yours.
