Grammy award winner and global pop star Harry Styles dropped his new song “Aperature” last week and it’s already expected to top the charts – but did you know the new music video was filmed right here in Los Angeles?
That’s right! Eagle-eyed fans believe the filming location is none other than The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites in Downtown Los Angeles. Though the hotel has not yet publicly confirmed the news, fans have matched moments from the music video to online photos of the Westin’s escalators, staircases, one of the views from the BonaVista Lounge on the 34th floor, and they even identified the hotel room in the opening scene as their 2-bedroom Bunker Hill suite.
This is apparently a popular spot to film. Fans matched the shot of Styles smashing into a vending machine to the backdrop of Billie Eilish‘s music video for “Birds of a Feather.” And the staircase Styles is chased down by a mysterious man matches the setting for Rihanna’s 2021 Savage x Fenty show, which has been confirmed to have filmed at the Westin Bonaventure.
The location is not just a scene for music videos and fashion shows. Movies filmed on location include The Driver, Interstellar, Blade Runner, Rain Man, and more.
Styles reportedly filmed the music video back in November 2025. The single is just a teaser of his upcoming album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally, which is scheduled to release on March 6, 2026.
