L.A.’s ‘Haunt’Oween’ Drive-Thru Features A Pumpkin Patch And Trick-Or-Treating

It’s your usual Halloween neighborhood experience but with a Hollywood twist.

We’ve gone from thinking Halloween was canceled to having to decide on which event we’d like to go to. By now, there’s no need to ramble on about how car-based events are saving 2020 so we’ll skip straight to the good stuff. This “Haunt’Oween LA” experience by Experiential Supply, will be dazzling eager trick-or-treaters with large scale multi-sensory scenes, live actors (who will all be practicing social distancing), interactive pumpkin-picking, candy-collecting and an immersive Jack-O-Lantern tunnel. It’s all your usual neighborhood traditions souped-up with elaborate Hollywood-grade production.

Your journey into the spooky, family-friendly drive-thru begins on Topanga Canyon Boulevard from October 9 to 31, from 3 to 9 p.m.  Tickets are between $70 and $90 depending on the number of passengers, and you can get yours here. If you already have your ticket then take a look at this newly released map that reveals a few more treats!

Each experience will last around 30 minutes and feature all the holiday traditions you can think of—but from the safety of your vehicle. Expect an exciting series of Halloween environments, mini-maze routes, giant pumpkins, headless horsemen, and countless spider webs; And yes, that means there’ll be trick-or-treating, too! Instead of walking though, you’ll drive down two streets, going from door-to-door and live actors will be filling your bucket with wrapped candy using a pole.

Once you’ve stocked up on the sweet treats, you’ll have numerous installations to explore like a mesmerizing Jack-O-Lantern tunnel with over 1,000 pumpkins! Head over to the pumpkin patch, choose your favorite giant orange vegetable and have it sanitized and loaded into your trunk. There’ll be a whole lot of photo and video ops that will be sent to you via email at the end of your experience.

Prior to issuing reservations, however, release forms and liability waivers will need to be completed online. All the usual COVID-19 health and safety measures will be followed by staff and guests will need to remain in their vehicles and wear a mask whenever windows are rolled down.
