Step into the ornate surroundings of Vaughan Hall and be transported to an enchanted gathering where a haunting tale unfolds. The House of Spirits has returned to Los Angeles for its third season of mysterious rituals, delectable cocktails and strange specters.
Each year, Meyer2Meyer evokes the spirit of the season with an intoxicating mix of lore, libations and lavish settings. While every season offers a new, original production, the House of Spirits never fails to deliver the macabre elegance that has the city lining up for more.
In this 2-hour cocktail evening, guests will roam the ominous residence freely and discover hidden secrets. Hosts adorning intricate masks and elaborate costumes hold the secrets to the demise of the Vaughan clan, with every encounter drawing you deeper into the sordid past.
Inspired by the infamous haunting of Loftus Hall, this year’s interactive storyline follows the disturbing occurrences of the distinguished Sir Duncan, his wife and an uninvited visitor. As you traverse the historic Casa Vertigo, you’ll unveil haunting details of an unholy birth that sent the home into a violent blaze, incinerating everything in its path.
As you wander through various rooms, you’ll sip on themed elixirs, partake in a tarot reading, summon souls with a giant Ouija board and be enveloped in a creative narrative that is seemingly threaded into every detail of the grand home.
Your ticket comes with four or five miniature cocktails inspired by tortured spirits and the option of adding a darkly delectable French chocolate truffle pairing, which has been curated by chocolate “sommeliers”! There’ll also be drinks and food available for purchase on the night.
