Art lovers and comic fans unite! An upcoming exhibition pays tribute to the late Jack Kirby with art pieces from over 70 artists — including original works by the legend himself. Corey Helford Gallery (CHG), in collaboration with the Jack Kirby Museum & Research Center, presents Kirbyvision: A Tribute to Jack Kirby.
Kirby is celebrated for his immense contributions to the comic book world and pop culture. He is the genius creator behind iconic Marvel and DC Comics characters you know and love — like Captain America, the Fantastic Four, the Avengers, the X-Men, the Hulk, Darkseid, and the New Gods. Even beyond comic book history, his influence has made an impact on modern art and storytelling to this very day.
This exhibition showcases one-of-a-kind artworks inspired by Jack Kirby, and features work from top artists in the New Contemporary art scene — including A. Sunter of Kai & Sunny, Ana Bagayan, Andrea Mutti, Atta Boy, Bruce Simon, Eric Joyner, Luke Chueh, Mariko, Martin Meunier, Patrick McDonnell, Richard Ahnert, Ryan Heshka, Simone Legno of Tokidoki, Skinner, The London Police, Tim Seeley, Tom Morehouse, Yulia Pustoshkina, and many more. As mentioned, the incredible exhibition will also feature original artworks by the great Kirby.
