Things to do at Lake Gregory
Summer at Lake Gregory brings a ton of seasonal activities and the warmest water temperatures. The main draw is a dedicated swim beach on the south side of the lake, which has inflatable water slides and obstacle courses that make it especially popular with families.
Other activities include kayak, paddleboard, and pedal boat rentals; fishing for trout and catfish; and walking along the 2.7-mile shoreline trail.
New for 2026 are Lake Gregory’s unique inflatable floating cabanas, complete with food and beverage service.

Visiting Lake Gregory
Make sure you bring plenty of sunscreen, water, and snacks, although food options are also available in nearby Crestline Village.
Parking tends to fill up quickly on weekends and holidays, so it’s best to arrive early. There is an entrance fee for the recreation area, and separate rentals and attractions may cost extra.
