After plenty of neighborhood curiosity and years of eager anticipation, Laurel Supply Market officially opened its doors last Friday in West Hollywood. And opening day crowds showed up fast!

Instead, word spread almost entirely through the community, drawing steady crowds of curious shoppers throughout the day.

Fully organic
The new market leans heavily into an upscale organic shopping experience with a distinctly European feel. Every fruit and vegetable in the produce section is fully organic, while the prepared food offerings focus on imported ingredients and small-batch production.

One of the details shoppers seem most excited about is the market’s in-house flour mill, which will be used to produce fresh flour daily for pizza and pasta.
The store is also sourcing specialty ingredients internationally, including milk and flour imported from Europe and Ukraine for baked goods and prepared foods.

Laurel Supply Market is still in the early stages of rolling out its full vision. Additional prepared foods, rotating menu items, and exclusive concepts designed specifically for the West Hollywood location are expected to debut in the coming weeks as operations continue settling in.
For now, though, the market is already positioning itself as one of the neighborhood’s most talked-about new openings by blending luxury grocery shopping with café culture, organic ingredients, and international specialty products all under one roof.
