L.L.Bean opened its first store outside of Maine in Tokyo in 1992. The partnership evolved to blend “Maine’s outdoor legacy with Japan’s refined design sensibilities, creating a distinctive interpretation of American style.” This special collection features staples from the Japanese side of the company. Each item is an interpretation of L.L.Bean’s classic style through a Japanese lens.
