This revitalizing experience will be illumintating the Santa Monica Bay Woman’s Club—a historic landmark featuring original maple floors and antique stained glass transoms. On September 30, The clubhouse is swapping out their usual fundraisers and wedding receptions for sessions centering on peace and mindfulness.
The Mindful Glow experience is a new event promoting wellness whilst providing the perfect opportunity for guests to generate new vibrational frequencies. From the moment you enter the setting bathed in the glow of candlelight, you’ll feel immediately at ease. Find your spot in the room and prepare to engage in a 60-minute session featuring several breathing exercises and meditation guided by an experienced practitioner.
Whether you practice meditation on the daily or are a beginner, the Mindful Glow experience welcomes everyone to recharge their batteries surrounded by the comforting glow of flickering candles. What’s more, with two sessions taking place on the day, at 11:30 am and 1:30 pm, you can select a time that suits you best. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, but if not, you can rent one when completing your purchase.
