Los Angeles is about to find out who looks most like Nathan Fielder and Elizabeth Holmes. The Hunt Vintage in Echo Park is hosting a rather unconventional lookalike contest on Sunday, November 8th, inviting fans to dress up as the two famously recognizable figures.
The contest is based on the infamous subjects of the latest documentary You Can See Everything with comedian Nathan Fielder and Elizabeth Holmes, the incarcerated Theranos founder. Their larger-than-life public personas make them particularly fitting subjects for this unusual competition.
What to know
The free event kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with contestants encouraged to channel their favorite character. Think black turtlenecks, oversized blazers, green juice, and even Summit Ice gear.
Spectators are welcome too, and can enjoy Sriracha honey turkey jerky while watching contestants compete for the crown.
Delicious prizes
There will be two winners, one for each lookalike category. And each will receive $50 in cash, jerky from the penitentiary vending machine, and, of course, bragging rights.
Attendees will also have the chance to take photos with the lookalikes.
How to attend
The contest is free to attend. Those interested in participating can find more information here.
