It’s never too late to get your body on the right path, especially when you live in a place like Los Angeles where the sun is out year round. Circut Works Fitness Studios is offering free, donation-based classes lead by new trainers joining the team!

Circut Works features a full body HIIT workout in a group class setting which takes on a unique approach to group personal training. Combining cardio and resistance exercises in a 10-station rotating series, you can burn more calories per minute at Circut than most fitness studios in Los Angeles! The transformation that Circut Works values takes place not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
