If Emmy season has you feeling stressed, Netflix has a prescription: free wellness experiences.
From August 10 through 14, Netflix is taking over five L.A. wellness spots for a weeklong activation inspired by BEEF. The Emmy-nominated limited series picked up 16 Emmy nominations this year, and now it’s encouraging Angelenos to “Release Your Rage. Feel Your Calm.”
The lineup includes free robot massages, Gua Sha treatments, smoothies, matcha and sound baths. Some experiences require reservations, while others are available while supplies last.

The experiences are complimentary, but availability varies. Reservations are required for Pause and The Den, while the other offerings are available while supplies last.

Kick off the week with a 15-minute robot massage at Pause. The complimentary sessions will be available at the Studio City, Brentwood and West Hollywood locations.

🪷Tuesday, Aug. 11: Free Gua Sha add-ons at Heyday
Treat yourself to a little extra pampering at Heyday. On Tuesday, you can get a complimentary Gua Sha add-on with any facial booking.
The offer is available at the Beverly and Silver Lake locations. Reservations are required, and spots are limited.

Stop by SunLife Organics on Wednesday for a taste of the limited-edition “Yogi” Smoothie.
The complimentary smoothie will be available at the Century City, Calabasas and West Hollywood locations while supplies last.
🪷Thursday, Aug. 13: Free Berry Blood Orange Matcha at Stagger Coffee
Matcha lovers get their turn on Thursday. Stagger Coffee is serving up a special Berry Blood Orange Matcha in Koreatown.
