Street Food Cinema is “back on the grass” for its 12th outdoor season in Los Angeles. Between an impressive schedule of films, popular food trucks, different venues, and several live performances, your biggest challenge will be choosing which events to attend. Expect photo ops, a themed bar, audience games, and more!
There’s something truly special about finding your spot on the grass, trying tasty bites from food trucks, and watching a movie with a crowd. Recent film releases and classics are being screened throughout this season, from Don’t Worry Darling to The Goonies.
What is Street Food Cinema?
Popular Movies
SFC celebrates the new and the old. For cinema lovers with a nostalgic mindset, movies like Ghost World and The Goonies are set to appear on the big screen this season. You can even get tickets to the Golden Girls Night which includes showings of fan-favorite episodes with the cast of The “Original” Golden Girls LIVE: On Stage hosting the night.
Don’t worry millennials! More recent films such as Don’t Worry Darling and John Wick are also being screened.
Live Music
To ease you into a night of fun and drama, live music performances will be played by popular acts. DJ HamCran, Humbug, and The Captain’s Son are some of the bands forming this season’s lineup!
Delicious Food
It wouldn’t be Street Food Cinema without something to eat while you listen to music, watch movies, and hang with friends. Street food will be available at these incredible cinema nights in LA, with the series showcasing different local food trucks for each event.
Look out for Angelenos’ Wood Fired Pizza, Daddy Ji, Flamin Hot Chicken, District Burger, Coco’s Lipsmacking Cupcakes, and many more popular vendors. Feel free to bring your own grub too!
Full Bar & Specialty Cocktails at Select Events
With live music, food trucks, and plenty of good vibes to go around, the only thing that could make Street Food Cinema is some booze! As luck would have it, two venues (The Autry Museum and Will Rogers State Park) will have a full bar and provide tasty specialty cocktails.
