Famous for its ultra-creamy texture and creative flavors, Van Leeuwen will offer over 30 signature options, including popular collaborations and a variety of vegan selections. And the best part? There will be $1 scoops from 3PM to 5PM. As an extra treat, the first 100 customers will also receive a free tote bag.
