It’s beginning to look a lot like winter! And this ice rink is just perfect for lacing up your ice-skates for a dreamy winter skate date.
West Hollywood Park is turning into a festive holiday skating destination this December! The city just announced the return of the WeHo Winter Ice Rink.
“Who says there’s no winter in Southern California?” city officials said in a statement. “We’re bringing the magic of ice skating back to West Hollywood — a place to make memories, laugh with friends, and celebrate the season.”
⛸️What To Expect
The WeHo Winter Ice Rink offers 90-minute skating sessions filled with music, themed nights, and holiday cheer. It will feature real ice, maintained by an aluminum floor system that can handle outdoor temperatures up to 90 degrees! Plus, they’ll have food and drink options for purchase like hot chocolate, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages.
The ice rink is family-friendly and fully accessible for non-motorized wheelchairs. Skaters are encouraged to bring socks, though both socks and gloves will be available for purchase onsite for $5. And if you’re looking for a spot to host your annual holiday party, the rink is also available for rental for private holiday parties and group events.

The pop-up rink will be open daily, with skating sessions available from:
- Monday through Thursday from 4 to 9:30 p.m.
- Fridays from 2 to 9:30 p.m.
- Weekends from noon to 9:30 p.m.

Tickets are $15 for ages 3 to 14 and $20 for ages 15 and older, with skate rentals included. You can purchase tickets here.
