How to dispose your real Christmas tree?
Once the holidays are over, most of us are left with a massive (and beautiful) pine in our living room that we no longer need. Disposing of your tree the right way is essential to keep the city clean and prevent extra garbage from piling on the streets.
So once your tree has completed its cycle, in Los Angeles County, Christmas trees can be recycled curbside from usually around December 26 through January 13-14. Trees should be placed next to recycling and waste containers on the scheduled trash collection day. Still, for official information, call your city office.
