Round1 Bowling & Arcade just opened its newest location at Pacific View Mall in Ventura on October 10.
But this isn’t just your standard entertainment center. The entire first floor is home to the world’s very first YUU Japanese Food Hall.

You can now try signature dishes from 14 celebrated restaurants across Japan that have never been available in the US until now.
The Round1 team actually traveled to Japan to train alongside the original chefs. Their goal was to perfectly preserve the authentic flavors and preparation techniques for a new audience.
The massive culinary lineup features beloved favorites and regional specialties, including:
- Ramen (TOBUTA, Himawari, Tonjinchi)
- Tonkatsu (TONKATSU KEITA)
- Takoyaki (Osaka Iggy)
- Okonomiyaki (Okonomiyaki Hana)
- Udon (Kidatake Udon)
- Dessert (Gelateria Il Brigante)

The name YUU comes from the Japanese word for ‘play’.
The venue is built entirely around that idea. After grabbing dinner, you can jump straight into a full night out without ever leaving the building.
The entertainment space features fresh bowling lanes, private karaoke rooms, billiards, and ping pong. They even brought over exclusive Japanese crane machines.
