This just may be the best news we’re heard all season!
A foodie festival dedicated to everyone’s favorite dive bar snack? Count us in! The people behind this past summer’s chicken wing festival are back on the move, getting ready to serve you all the breaded, deep-fried, strips of chicken you deserve.
L.A’s first-ever TenderFest will take place at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts – the very same venue that Off the Menu owner Lawrence Longo and John Terzian of the H.Wood Group held a Burger Showdown the year prior. Be sure to arrive on an empty stomach so that you can spend the evening indulging in all the goods local vendors like Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken, Delilah, Hot Motha Clucker, and Raising Caine’s have to have to offer!
They’ll even be a one-off ‘conTENDER competition’ at the event where participating celebrity chefs Nancy Silverton, Timothy Hollingsworth, and Wolfgang Puck will compete for a cash prize that will be donated to charity.
Tickets start off at $65 a person and include unlimited tenders and beers throughout the evening – if VIP is more your style, upgrade your ticket to unlock free merch, VIP-only vendors like Dave’s Hot Chicken, as well as an Off the Menu membership.
