It’s Feeling A Lot Like Springtime Over At Eataly LA’s Blooming Floral Pop-Up Bar • Bar Fiorito

By Malia Wooten March 9, 2020

Celebrate spring season early this year!

The sun is setting later, produce is beginning to thrive, and the city is coming back to life one pop-up at a time. The massive Italian marketplace inside of the Century City Mall has hung vibrant flowers from its ceiling and it’s practically calling for you to stop by for a refreshing cocktail or mocktail!

Kick-off Springtime by dining on aperitivo bites under dozens of blush pink, bright yellow, and rosy red flowers at La Pizza & La Pasta — one of Eataly’s delicious go-to dining options. Though the ambiance will be the thing to catch your eye, just wait until you get a taste of Bar Fiorito‘s extensive cocktail list featuring over eight twists on the popular Italian spritz! From classic to mezcal and limoncello touches, you’ll almost convince yourself that you’re on holiday along the Almalfi Coast.

For those looking to skip the alcohol, the floral-themed pop-up bar serves “mocktail” versions of their ‘vacation in a glass’ offering flavors featuring fresh produce like grapefruit and strawberries with aromatic herbs like basil and mint.

Did you know that Italians tend to grab a bite and drink between work and dinner? Angelenos tend to call this phenomenon ‘Happy Hour’ and continue to attend these end-of-day hangouts to take advantage of spectacular deals. It seems like the guys over at Bar Fiorito get the gist of our American antics because the pop-up is pairing a $10 dollar spritz with traditional bites on weekdays from 3p to 6p… honestly, what is there not to love about this boozy flower party?

Bar Fiorito is open Monday through Thursday from 11a to 9p, extending its closing time to 10p on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Location: 10250 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90067. See it on Google maps.
