
CicLAvia, a recurring open-streets event in Los Angeles to promote and allow people to walk, bike, and skate freely, is back again this 2025. Inspired by Bogotá’s Ciclovía, it promotes sustainability, community engagement, and healthy living. The event transforms city streets into vibrant public spaces for all to enjoy.
For over 10 years, the event has catalyzed beautiful public spaces and promoted wellness via the use of car-free streets. CicLAVia participants just turn up anywhere along the route at any time to take advantage of the open streets and to spend some time exploring different parts of the City.
