Descanso Gardens’ Light Exhibit Will Have A Whiskey Bar This Year

Though it may still feel like summer, “winter” will be here sooner than we know it! ❄️

The one-mile-long trail of illuminated installations, Enchanted: Forest of Light, will be returning this year November 18 through January 6. Though the beloved holiday tradition is still some time away, Descanso Gardens has released some information to the public. Three of last year’s favorites will receive upgrades this time around – “Celestial Shadows,” “Lightwave Lake,” and “Aqueous” are planning to come back better than ever.

Joining the festivities this year will be the all-new whiskey bar which will overlook “Lightwave Lake,” giving you great views and the comfort of feeling comfy from within… (as known as being buzzed.) When you work yourself an appetite after walking down a path that changes colors with each step, dining options will be available in the garden’s courtyard. The on-site brunch spot, Maple, plans to offer dinner service for “Enchanted” ticketholders only.

Tickets go on sale on Monday, October 15 to the general public costing anywhere from $28 to $30, depending on the date and time that you choose. If you’re looking to attend the preview party which will include beer, wine, dinner, and DJs, you can purchase a ticket for $125 on the garden’s website!

Location: 1418 Descanso Dr, La Cañada Flintridge, CA 91011. See it on Google maps.
