From made to order Tagliatelle alla Bolognese to Trenette al Pesto from Liguria, you can sit at the bar and order yourself a glass (or two) of vino as the chefs and pastai (pasta makers) work together to bring you plates of fresh pasta tossed in light complementary sauces — all prepared right before your eyes.
If seeing the pasta being made, cooked, and tossed inspires you to recreate the authentic dish yourself, guests can sign up for hands-on pasta making classes at La Scuola di Eataly by Valcucine – the cooking school located onsite!
Beyond that, there’s not much to say, because… PASTA!
