Situated at 3225 A Helms Avenue, this 38,000-square-foot store marks the first IKEA to operate within the central area of Los Angeles. Moving away from the brand’s traditional warehouse model, this location introduces a streamlined city-center format designed specifically for urban living.
The new location is optimized to address the spatial constraints of Los Angeles apartments and urban homes.
- Curated Room Settings: The store features fully furnished displays focusing on space-saving solutions and efficient layouts for smaller square footages.
- Hybrid Shopping Model: You will be able to physically shop thousands of smaller products and home accessories in-store. For larger furniture, the complete IKEA product range can be ordered on-site for direct home delivery or convenient pickup.
- Dedicated Planning Services: A core feature of the city-center format is the inclusion of on-site IKEA experts. Customers can schedule consultations with planning specialists to design and map out larger home projects, such as custom kitchens, bedroom storage, and office workspaces.

To mark the store’s launch, IKEA is hosting a grand opening event this weekend, featuring exclusive giveaways, educational sessions, and on-site consultations.
