The Lucas Museum of Narrative Art is now officially welcoming visitors. And California EBT cardholders can take advantage of free general admission to explore the new Exposition Park museum.
While admission is free for EBT cardholders, a ticket is still required for entry, so you’ll need to reserve your spot ahead of your visit.
How to visit the Lucas Museum with an EBT card
To book your free tickets, select your desired date and time and enter “L” followed by the first six digits of your California EBT card when prompted to enter a promo code.
For example, if the first six digits of your EBT card are 123456, you would enter L123456. Entering just 123456 without the “L” will not work.
The promo code will provide access to two adult tickets at no cost. If you need additional tickets, those will be charged at the museum’s regular general admission price.
You’ll also need to bring your EBT card with you to the museum, as it must be presented and verified at check-in.

Other ways to get free entry
A free admission program called LM37 was created exclusively for residents of the 90037 ZIP code, home to the museum in Exposition Park.
The pass will give 90037 residents free admission for themselves and one guest, with a dedicated allotment of tickets reserved starting on opening day and continuing afterward.
