We’ve had a year full of enough scary stuff for a lifetime, so any desire to have a PG Halloween is completely excused. If you love the air of mystery that Fright Farms Drive-Thru offers but could do with a little less of the creepiness and terror, then you’re in for a treat. This year you’ll get you to choose your journey with a second option added to the mix: the Not So Spooky Farm Drive-Thru.
For those who dare for a little more intrigue, then buckle up and head to Fright Farms Drive-Thru. You’ll journey into Hillsdale where a girl has gone missing. Unsuspecting visitors will be thrust into the eerie farmland with something lurking in the shadows. Guests will need to follow the clues around the cornfields to solve the mystery. But, once you roll through the gates, there’ll be no turning back.
If that’s all a little to heavy, or if you have kids under the age of 13 in tow, then the Not So Spooky Farm Drive-Thru offers an immersive adventure that’s more of a fun-filled treasure hunt featuring Stingy Jack with a glowing Jack-o-lantern head to light up the way. There’ll be heaps of candy clues to guide you through a maze, castle, and Jurassic Park in the hopes of finding the treasure of dread pirate Bluebeard. A captivating narrative will also play out of your smartphone using QR codes.
The fun begins on October 26 and runs until November 29. Tickets cost $65 per vehicle, which comes with kits and supplies for the 35-minute trip. There’ll also be Combination tickets available to package both experiences.
Both experiences will have a set of health and safety guidelines to follow, including mask-wearing whenever leaving your vehicle or opening a car window. Restrooms and food will be available, however, guests are encouraged to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages to the event.
Fright Farms runs daily from 5 pm until 1 am and Not So Spooky Farm runs daily from 10 am until 10 pm.
