Joint Seafood, the dry-aged fish hub in Sherman Oaks, is headed to Downtown Los Angeles!
Originally founded in 2018, Joint Seafood has been supplying fish to more than 70 restaurants around L.A. Located in Little Tokyo/Arts District, the new location opened Friday, April 10.
According to a press release, “the expansive 4,000-square-foot flagship will quadruple Joint Seafood’s dry-aging capabilities, allowing the facility to scale its mission of redefining seafood quality.” Joint Seafood plans to serve the local community with fresh fish and a handroll counter.
The new flagship location will include:
- Joint Seafood: A modern fish market providing dry-aged fish, top-tier seafood, culinary ingredients, and more. Open Tuesday – Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm.
- Uoichiba: A 34-seat temaki bar centered on high-quality dry-aged fish in a casual format. Open Tuesday – Sunday from 12 pm to 9 pm (breakfast service to come). The temaki bar is walk-in only.
- Cafe + Bakery: A neighborhood space offering coffee, tea, and housemade pastries. Open Tuesday – Sunday from 8 am to 5 pm.
