L.A.-based fashion brand and community movement Kids of Immigrants is hosting a free block party this weekend in Melrose Hill!
On Saturday, May 23, Kids of Immigrants is teaming up with Nike to bring together TOMA La Noche, a free event offering music, soccer, food, and exclusive merch to the local community.
The Toma La Noche LA Finals game features the four boys and girls crew winners of this year’s competition facing off against each other. The Top 14 – 18-year-old players will compete on a custom-built field for the evening. According to a press release, The Hill is transforming into a “temporary small-sided soccer arena” for this game.
The entire area will host the evening’s block party. Visitors can also experience:
- Live musical performances and cultural programming
- Exclusive Kids of Immigrants merchandise designed specifically for THE HILL
- Local food and community vendors
- A custom-built pitch experience
