The LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games will be here before we know it, and if you don’t already have your ear to the ground, allow us to fill you in: LA28 has officially announced that ticket registration will open on January 14, 2026.
This is the first essential step that fans should take to ensure they get assigned a ticket drop slot in 2026. And if you’re an L.A. resident, you could be eligible for one of the earliest ticket slots.
Ticket registration and ticket drops
Starting January 14th, fans must register their names and information on the LA28 website. Then, LA28 will then email those who registered with a time slot to purchase tickets, assigned randomly on various dates in 2026.
LA28 confirmed that single tickets will start as low as $28, and hospitality provider On Location will also begin selling specialty experiences and packages in 2026.
Tickets to the Paralympic Games will go on sale in 2027 via a similar process.
LA28 venues and early ticket access for residents
If you’re an L.A. resident living near an LA28 venue, you may be eligible for a special early access ticket window.
LA28 has not specified how close you must live near a venue to qualify, but you can refer to a full list of venues and events here.
Again, make sure you fill out your name and information on the website for a chance to be granted early ticket access.
