However, takeout and delivery will remain available until March 31.
All restaurants, bars, nightclubs, entertainment venues, and gyms throughout the city have been instructed to shut down until the end of the month by Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti. The closures took effect just before midnight on Sunday, March 15 and follow an initiative to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
Late last week, an announcement was made that all Los Angeles public schools will remain closed for two weeks beginning March 16. The mayor expressed his concern via Twitter, stating that the decision wasn’t made lightly. “We will do everything we can to help businesses & workers impacted during this time.”

Even though we won’t be able to dine at some of our favorite restaurants for the time being, there’s a chance that your eatery of choice is offering delivery or take out options. Restaurants are still able to deliver the comfort food that you need during this crucial time indoors, as well as offer pick-up options, through the end of the month!
