Los Angeles is gearing up for the biggest sporting event of the year, the FIFA World Cup, and Metro is stepping in to save everyone from the city’s legendary traffic chaos. For all eight matches at the SoFi Stadium, Metro is running dedicated, direct buses from major hubs across SoCal, from June 12 to July 10, 2026.
Metro’s World Cup Enhanced Service
The dedicated transportation system costs just $1.75 one way, and fans can either park at many Metro service locations for a small fee or hop on from Metro, Metrolink, or Amtrak connections and ride straight to the stadium.
Buses start running four hours before kickoff and continue until about 90 minutes after the final whistle, making arrival and departure smooth and stress‑free. Key departure points include:
- North Hollywood
- Union Station
- Long Beach
- El Camino College
Metro’s World Cup Park-and-Ride

As we mentioned above, this service is designed for fans who want or need to drive to a Metro location. To do so, drivers can reserve a parking spot through SpotHero, ideal for families or groups, since it guarantees a parking space and includes three round-trip bus rides to and from the stadium.
Regular transit parking is better suited for solo fans or anyone flexible with timing, available on a first-come, first-served basis, though spaces are not guaranteed and prices vary depending on location and time.
