Orange County’s enormous entertainment district project, OCVIBE, is well underway for an exciting Phase 1 opening in early 2027. The 100-acre, $4 billion project is remodeling the space around Anaheim’s Honda Center, adding a new 5,000-person concert hall, a sprawling urban park, and a gorgeous food market.
A June 15 update revealed the latest addition to the OCVIBE master plan: a partnership with office operator Kiln at The Weave, OCVIBE’s 168,000-square-foot office building.
Kiln will occupy a full floor, transforming it into a state-of-the-art workspace centered on hospitality, flexibility, and community.

Kiln is a coworking and office brand with more than 20 locations open or under development across the Western U.S., offering flexible workspaces for members from 2,000+ companies.
At OCVIBE, Kiln will create a range of spaces available through coworking memberships, including private offices, team suites, studios, meeting rooms, event spaces, and gathering areas.
The Weave is a 168,000 square foot LEED Gold-designed building with an indoor-outdoor design featuring private terraces and easy integration within the rest of the OCVIBE campus. The six-story building is located next to Honda Center and within walking distance to ARTIC (Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center).
Kiln at The Weave will open following the early 2027 launch of OCVIBE’s initial Phase 1 projects.

- Katella Commons: A 50,000 square foot food market hall with 21 chef-driven kitchens and 6 bars and lounges
- OCVIBE Concert Hall: A 5,000-seat, 18,000 square foot live entertainment venue
- The Weave: A 168,000 square foot office building housing coworking space Kiln
- Urban Park and The First Public Plaza: The first portions of OCVIBE’s planned 20-acre park and plaza spaces
- Parking Infrastructure: New multi-story parking structures, including the already operational Katella and Cerritos garages, and the soon-to-open River Garage near Honda Center
- Public Art Program: A collection of more than 70 public art installations integrated into the OCVIBE campus
