Sorra Has Landed On A Rooftop In Hollywood And The Views Are Everything

By Malia Wooten

It’s officially rooftop season!

Nothing beats quality food and an even better view, am I right? The Hinoki and the Bird team brought a new, and just as cool, place to chill at to Hollywood!

Sorra is a relaxed, breezy, open-to-the-public restaurant with a fun and international taste. The menu combines Mexican, Chinese, Peruvian, Japanese as well as a variety of other flavors from around the world into delicious and sharable meals perfect to enjoy under the sun. Everything from their avocado tostadas with nori and shiso to gourmet hamburgers served on Japanese milk bread look like they’re to die for!

Sorra’s refreshing cocktail menu screams summer featuring drinks like Strawberry Beach (dark rum, mezcal, Campari, pineapple juice, strawberry and fresh lime), the Salsa Smash (blanco tequila, mango, cilantro and lemon) and the Employee #9 (dry rum, pineapple rum and fresh lime)!

This laid back lounge with a “Hollywood-casual” vibe is open daily from 5p to 11p for dinner and 11a – 3p for Sunday brunch!

Location: 1550 N El Centro Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90028. See it on Google maps.
