If You’re Looking For A Halloween Treat, Try Starbucks’ Spooky New Drink

By Malia Wooten

It’s sad that adult trick-or-treating is looked down upon (and just straight up weird.) 🔮

So here we are, above the age of 16, forced to buy our own bags of candy instead of getting it for free from strangers. If you’re looking for something spooky in particular to snack on, Starbucks has a new drink for you!

The purple concoction is deemed the Witch’s Brew Frappuccino and Starbucks’ website says that the ingredients include: “Toad’s breath, swamp fog and goblin regret, divine. A mixture so scrumptious it must be a sign. Sip this sweet potion before it disappears, the Witch’s Brew Frappuccino drink is nothing to fear.”

Those obviously aren’t the actual ingredients, which include crème frappuccino syrup, whipped cream, orange flavored purple powder, ice, milk, green colored chia seeds, and sugar. A lot of people are even saying the purple and green drink tastes a lot like a creamsicle!

The coffee chain tends to have a lot of fun during Halloween time, in the past celebrating the holiday with The Franken Frappuccino, a blended beverage first came to life in 2014, followed by the Frappula Frappuccino and Zombie Frappuccino in the years after.
