Union Station’s Free Retrocade Event Is A Throwback To The Golden Age Of Gaming

The Union Station is throwing it back with a two-day, free play event featuring games from the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s! 🎮👾

Make your way to the historical Union Station in Downtown Los Angeles for the ultimate Retrocade Experience! The event will be held within the Ticket Concourse on Saturday, September 22 from 11 am – 9 pm and Sunday, September 23 from 11 am – 7 pm.

Enjoy a diverse collection of classic arcade games and pinball cabinets such as fan favorites Pac Man, Donkey Kong, and Street Fighter. True gamers can enter a Pac Man Tournament for $5 from 5 pm – 7 pm in the quest for top honors and a Pac Man trophy! When you need press pause in between matches, a day-glow arcade will be set up so that players can relax to retro tracks from the house DJ.

Binge out on classic arcade food like nachos, popcorn, churros as well as ’80s candy and soft drinks! Popular vendors will offer beer, wine, and specialty themed cocktails from 3 pm – 9 pm on Saturday and 3 pm to 7 pm on Sunday.

You can even save gas with GO Metro by taking the Red, Purple, Gold or Silver Line directly to Union Station L.A.
