Back in October, the infamous streaming service quietly released a bunch of free movies onto their platform. 🎬🍿
YouTube is really raising the bar by offering ad-supported feature-length films without users having to spend a penny! The Google-owned site confirmed to Ad Age on Friday that most of the movies were made available due to partnerships with Hollywood studios. Though the website only has a few options to choose from at the moment, they plan on adding more in the future.
Indulge in a mix of cult favorites and blockbuster hits like Legally Blonde, Rocky, The Terminator, Uptown Girls, and “The Pink Panther.
The option for YouTube users to rent films on the platform has been available for some time now, as well as YouTube Red which gives you access to ad-free videos, all-new original shows, and a feature that allows you to download videos to enjoy offline.
But why pay for yet another way to binge watch when you can enjoy the service for free? (For now.)
