Every year, with the arrival of warm weather, one of the most anticipated dates of the year creates excitement for both locals and tourists alike: July 4th, with its spectacular displays ranging from musical shows to the legendary fireworks displays. One of the most iconic spots to watch them is the Rose Bowl, but this year, we won’t have explosions in the air.
Although no official reason has been given, Pasadena has made the decision to feature a drone show for the Fourth of July, which promises to be truly spectacular. Speculation suggests that this may be due to the risks associated with fireworks in the region, especially following the January wildfires.
Besides the drone show, the Rose Bowl will also host the popular FoodieLand Food Festival during the Fourth of July weekend, showcasing over 200 food vendors. This culinary event is expected to attract large crowds, combining delicious dining with entertainment, all alongside the new drone spectacle.
