1. Kogi
Before Ched Roy Choi became an international icon, he crafted the well-known and beloved Korean Taco! This hip food truck fuses the flavors of street tacos and Korean cuisine together for the ultimate melts-in-your-mouth sensation. OG Kogi tacos are about $2.5p a pop and served with salsa roja, cilantro, onion, lime, Kogi slaw; choose from short rib, spicy pork, chicken, or tofu as the protein. (If you have room, order the kimchi fries. They won’t disappoint.)

This Baja native may just be the master of Baja fish tacos. 3. Tacos La Estrella
Somethings never beat the classics. This day-and-night-time food truck probably has some of the best carne asada tacos in Southern California. 4. Mariscos Jalisco
If you’re a true foodie, then tacos dorado de camaron should definitely be at the top of your list! 5. Leo’s Taco Truck
Angelenos argue that Leo’s serves some of the best al pastor in the taco industry.
